Tricia is a managing broker with Strano & Associates in Belleville. She thrives on finding her clients the perfect home. Tricia is equally committed to ensuring a smooth home sale process and to providing exceptional client service. She comes from a real estate family and has spent many years developing her organizational, negotiating, communication & marketing skills. Tricia earned a bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Clemson University.
She is an active member of the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois(RASI). Tricia has been named Realtor of the Year and has received the Community Involvement Award from RASI. She is also a Past President of the association. Tricia was named the Illinois Certified Residential Specialist(CRS) of the Year in 2020 and served as President of the Illinois Residential Real Estate Council in 2019. Tricia held the position of Communications Director on the Leadership Team for multiple years. She has served the real estate industry by being a member of the following RASI committees - RPAC, Member Services, YPN, Budget/Finance, Nominating & Community Involvement. Tricia is a member of the City of Belleville Health & Housing Committee. She was chosen as one of 12 Realtors from across the state of Illinois to participate in the Illinois Association of Realtors Leadership Development Program.
In addition to her passion for real estate, Tricia is as equally passionate about volunteering and giving back to the community. She is currently President of the Rotary Club of Swansea Board and a member of the United Way Illinois Division Auxiliary Board. Tricia is also involved with the Junior Service Club of St. Clair County, St. Louis Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae Association, PEO Chapter GM IL, Little Black Book: Women in Business, and is a past board member of the Belleville Area Humane Society.
